How did that happen?
Our minds consist of Conscious, Unconscious, Subconscious Layer:
This is the layer where you are aware of what is happening in your surroundings, what are your thoughts about something, your emotions and what you feel in your body like you feel tired, hungry, hurt, pain, etc.
This is the layer of mind where any information that is below your current awareness falls.
This is the layer where our fears, comfort zone, memories, the instinctive area of reality are located. This is where your thoughts are being programmed. This is the one that creates your current experience of reality and leads your path of success.

The subconscious mind has a huge effect on every action we are doing but we fail to notice it every day. Instead, our focus is on our conscious mind that holds all thought functions of our brain.
The subconscious is the powerful layer of our mind. It surrounds all things that the conscious mind doesn’t recognize.
It is the Captain!
The conscious brain work is like our own captain, it takes control and make all decisions and the subconscious brain is where all engineers are located, they do not sleep, they are always alert and on guard for the maintenance of the ship. In short, they are always processing.
Just imagine a whole gigantic ship being controlled by a little captain.
Our conscious mind gives orders and our subconscious mind obey them.
The truth about our subconscious mind is that it does not have the ability to reject orders that come from our conscious mind, what it can only do is to accept everything. Take note of that! It’s just accepting everything!
Also, whatever gets into our subconscious affects our whole body.

So, how can you change your subconscious mind to become better? What steps do you need to take for your right path towards success?
- Get out of your Comfort Zone
Your subconscious mind is the one that causes you to feel uncomfortable whenever you are trying to do something that is not usual for you and that is outside your comfort zone. You need to do things that you do not usually do, do it every day and it will become a habit because it will be planted inside your subconscious mind.
- Will Power
You need to remember and always think of the things that you desire and you want to improve to yourself. By doing this, those things will be planted inside your conscious mind and then, when the time comes, they will also be planted inside your subconscious mind after that they will be added to your standard because your body will adapt to it. Your body will be changed totally!
- Believe in Yourself
This is the most important part. You must strongly believe in yourself that you can do it! If you do not believe in yourself there will be no next level for you. So, put it together! You can do it! Believe!
- Importance of Sleep
Sleeping is one of our main source of energy, it is very important to us because we are designed like that.
Did you know that the dreams that are formed when we are sleeping are all came from our subconscious mind? How amazing is that!? And sometimes we are dreaming of people that we haven’t yet met in our lives.
You need to take a break and let your subconscious mind do its work.
The subconscious mind does not sleep at all.
- Resonate Your Heart’s Desire
Always imagine and let your heart’s desire resonate in your mind. You will be getting emotionally in the image in your mind.
Instead, you can turn the image over to the subconscious mind and then you move into that image and instantly and automatically attractive force moves into motion and you begin to attract to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of that picture.
Also, always surround your life with positive vibe just like successful people does. Do some motivational activities such as reading inspirational quotes every day then you will have positive thinking, by focusing your thoughts on uplifting ideas, your subconscious mind will begin to implement a positive pattern in your way of thinking and your outlook on life.
